Manele Bay Hotel

Main pool at Manele Bay Hotel on the Island of Lanai, Hawaii. For years this island hosted only a sleepy pineapple plantation town called Lanai City. Two hotels were developed. The first was The Lodge at Koele which was placed "up country" on the edge of Lanai City.

The second hotel was built adjacent to Hulupoe Bay, a few miles down from Lanai City.

The setting for the pool provides an incredible view from the main lobby area of the hotel towards the ocean. Two spas are accessible by step stones leading out over the pool. The classic shape and tranquil setting provides the focal point for the property. For you movie buffs, the pool provided the setting for a most memorable scene with Dana Delaney in "Exit to Eden".
